Perez, whose UPS career spans more than three decades, has been involved in a variety of the company’s accomplishments, including the Advanced Technology Group and the launch of UPS’ smart package initiative. Price has also had a significant tenure at UPS, and during that time has helped the company grow its international operations as well as lead its transformation office.

Following Perez and Price’s retirement, Kate Gutmann, chief sales and solutions officer and executive vice president of UPS global healthcare, will assume a newly created role as executive vice president and president of international, healthcare and supply chain solutions. Meanwhile Nando Cesarone, executive vice president and president U.S., which oversees small package, transportation and UPS Airline operations, will take on additional responsibilities for U.S. sales and UPS’ automotive, global buildings and systems engineering groups.
